SHIPPING SYSTEM 📦

DROPSHIPPING : This website mainly uses Gambler’s Warehouse or Socal, the United States logistics center. This means that all orders you place here will be processed automatically after a few business days. While the products in the PRE ORDERS and OTHER DECKS section may not be shipped with GW, (read below). You should receive a tracking email from 1GW when your order is complete (check your spam if you can’t find it).

The Oxalis cards website is fully operational and ships worldwide (excluding some countries with political, military conflicts or currently unavailable from the service used by GW).

How can I know if you can ship to my country?

Here are some countries that are temporarily unavailable – here is the list (linked to the USPS website) – If you live in one of these countries, you can still order, but I will have to put your order on hold until services are available again.

Order created, how do I track my package?

Gambler’s Warehouse will send you an email (check Spam folder) with a summary of yours and tracking included, you can check with any tracking site or app, but it may not be up to date. Use this alternative GW tool, it should work: International Parcel GW Tracking Tool

The tracking tool only works on international packages. For domestic ones , use the USPS tracking tool

Shipping process and times 🌎

Within a few days of placing your order, Gambler’s Warehouse will process your order and send you an email with tracking (from 1GW)

  • If you are a US customer, you should receive your package within approximately four days and your package will be automatically tracked.
  • If you are an international customer, please wait at least 2-3 weeks to receive your order, one month if there are custom problems.
  • Sometimes your country’s customs may delay the delivery of your package for an extra week, so don’t worry if it takes a little longer than expected.

This is just an estimate of how long it would take to receive a package (usually 1-2 weeks domestic, 2-3 weeks international).

If you need faster shipping contact us, we can offer the Fedex express service for you if we have the product available in Italy (the cost may be higher).

NOTE

If there are delays with the order process it could be caused either by an ongoing Kickstarter, my absence caused by personal/work problems or US holidays. If you need specific delivery information, please email me.

Remember that Oxalis Cards is not a big company – it’s just one man with the support of a professional fulfillment center – be patient if the shipping times seem a little longer than those of a larger e-commerce store.

PRE ORDERS

When you purchase a pre-order we will provide you with an estimated (but not certain) date, this is because the product may still be in production or on its way to the fulfillment center. Unlike the classic purchase, it could be shipped from another logistics center other than Gambler’s Warehouse.
Once it is ready to be shipped we will send you a confirmation email (you can also check the status of your order in your account on the site), and subsequently you will be sent the tracking code by us or by a logistics center (order summary and tracking included).

KICKSTARTER PRE ORDERS ⚠️

ATTENTION❗ This particular presale is not part of our guarantee of the “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms of Sale” as described here, and has nothing to do with the general rules of this site. By agreeing to purchase the decks in pre-order, you are agreeing to support a project in the creation phase, by participating you will therefore be aware and responsible for any risks, failures or changes to this project such as any Kickstarter or crowdfunding campaign.

Every crowdfunding campaign is exposed to the risk of failure, if this situation arises we will not accept complaints and you will not be given any type of refund.

Shipping cost

As we have already said that shipments may be handled by multiple fulfillment companies, so shipping costs may vary depending on the warehouse they are located in. To get around this problem, most of our products include shipping, so we can reduce the price of the product to compensate for a slightly higher shipping cost. The most commonly used fulfillment company is Gambler’s Warehouse.

Customs payments and shipments blocked

Items are generally shipped from America or in some cases from Europe, this depends on where the purchased item is located. If your country is subject to customs fees or other taxes, we are not responsible for these charges if any. It is also your responsibility to check the status of the shipment or send additional information if requested by the courier in your country, contacting them to unlock the package.

Coupon

During the year we may send personalized or private discount codes via email to our customers, the discount code is applied only to the product and not to shipping, unless it is included in the product. Discount codes cannot be combined with products already discounted on the site.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS ⚠️

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the arrival of your purchase (with trackable package), unfortunately we cannot consider a refund or exchange. Below you can read the only methods that will be taken into consideration:

Lost items

In the rare event that your package is lost during transport, don’t worry: Oxalis cards could resend the entire package or refund you if there are no replacement decks, shipping to be paid by the customer.
To allow a reshipment, the tracking must not have been delivered or not updated for more than a month since the last update, to be 100% sure that the package has been lost. Please ask oxalisplayingcards@gmail.com for your order number and/or tracking if you believe your package is lost.

COMPLAINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE CASE OF:

If the tracking is delivered, it is not possible to consider the package lost. You need to contact your local post office to investigate. Often the package is mistakenly delivered to a nearby location (Neighbors).

If a package is sent back to the sender for custom reasons (taxes, package not claimed by the customer…), Oxalis Cards can still send the package back, but the customer has to pay for the reshipment and possibly a processing fee, only if the fulfillment company confirms that the package has been received by them.

We recommend that you check the status of your package daily. We are not responsible for any customs holds and taxes in your country once the package is sent.

Damaged items

NOTE: The condition of each product will be checked in detail and wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap before being shipped. They will therefore leave the warehouse in perfect condition, however we cannot be responsible for the management and quality of transport carried out by a poor courier. Some decks on sale (such as EXCLUSIVE OXALIS DECKS or OTHER DECKS purchases ) cannot be replaced for super limited copies, but in other cases, if we can help you we will. So if your deck is damaged:

  • Use “Oxalis store – Damaged product” in the title of the email
  • Send me a photo of the damage to oxalisplayingcards@gmail.com
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the damage

If the damage is substantial and we have the ability to have a replacement, we will send you a new copy of the deck free of charge, excluding shipping costs at your expense.

Small damages that are difficult to see in the image or slight imperfections do not qualify for a replacement or refund, but contact me at oxalisplayingcards@gmail.com with any problems.

ACCEPTANCE OF REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

In the event of an accepted refund, 5% of the total product or total order placed will be retained; these are Stripe’s deductions which will not be returned to us. Furthermore, if you have requested a replacement, we would like to remind you that (many of our products are limited edition and are not always available in stock), for this reason we could alternatively issue a refund.
The shipping costs for returns are always paid by the customer, the refund or replacement will be made once it has been ensured that the deck has returned to the warehouse.


PAYMENT RECEIPT

With each purchase you will automatically receive a payment receipt from Stripe or other payment systems we offer. If for some reason this receipt does not reach you and you need it, please contact us with your order number and we will manually send you the receipt. by mail.

REQUEST INVOICE

If you necessarily need an invoice for your company you can fill out the form on the INVOICE REQUEST FORM page or send a request via our email: oxalisplayingcards@gmail.com . Attention, it is mandatory to send it within 24 hours of purchase, remember to include the following fields in the email:

Email subject: “Invoicing request for purchase on Oxalis Store”

  • Company Data (Name, Surname, Full Address, Telephone, Email etc.)
  • VAT number
  • Tax ID code
  • Company SDI/PEC (for which you wish to receive the invoice)

NOTE: The request must be made on today’s payment day no later. We will send you the invoice by email but if these details are not provided or accepted, it will not be possible for me to issue the invoice. You can also tell us in the “Order Note” for greater attention, but you will necessarily have to fill out the form or send us an email.


PAYMENTS ACCEPTED BY OXALIS CARDS 💳

STRIPE

The only payment currently accepted on our site is Stripe, a secure and timely tool for customers and for us. Thanks to this system (used on many sales platforms, such as Kickstarter), it is possible to receive and make payments from all over the world with many credit/debit or prepaid cards with any currency. This also ensures security of the customer’s personal data without leaving a trace of their personal information.

  • GOOGLE PAY (GATEWAY STRIPE) can only be used with Google Chrome browsers
  • APPLE PAY (GATEWAY STRIPE) can only be used via Apple device

⚠️MULTI-CURRENCY PLUGINPAYMENTS DIFFERENT FROM EUROS

NOTE: As already clearly expressed in our ( TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Section 20), our site only accepts payments in Euro currency, this means that any payment other than Euro will be subject to an exchange rate. Our conversion into USD (or other currencies) is only indicative as we cannot manage a daily update of the currencies and rates applied by each customer’s payment platforms and banks.

We advise you to check (if it is important to you) today’s currency conversion rates and those applied by your bank. COMPLAINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE PAYMENT IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT INDICATED BY THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT DIFFERENT FROM THE EURO
